From March 26 to July 31 2009, Healthy Alberta Communities conducted a phone survey and held measurement clinics in Bonnyville, St. Paul, Norwood/North Central Edmonton and Medicine Hat. 

The warm response from community members was greatly appreciated. Over 4700 individuals from all four communities completed the HAC phone survey and 1826 community members attended our measurement clinics. The information collected will help to evaluate community-level change and the success of the project.
