2nd Annual Community Action Dash
2nd Annual Community Action Dash

Community Action Dash is a project that was initiated by Healthy Alberta Communities in the McCauley, Alberta Ave and Parkdale communities. Its purpose is to highlight the accessibility of Central Edmonton for walking and running and to encourage physical activity in a fun and non competitive atmosphere. This event is the first of its kind in Central Edmonton.
The 2nd Annual Community Action Dash provides a loop through some of Edmonton's scenic central neighborhoods. Starting & finishing in Giovanni Caboto Park, the runners will pass through the McCauley, Norwood & Alberta Avenue Neighborhoods, in the midst of several historic sites and seeing first hand the new revitalization development of these eclectic areas.
