The goal of Healthy Alberta Communities is to consult with people who live and work in your community to determine what can be done to make healthy choices easier, and act on this advice to enable healthy choices.

Healthy Alberta Communities has resources to contribute to your community. We would like your ideas about how best to use these resources to effect meaningful and timely environmental change.

WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE ANGEL-CD WORKSHOP?
The Healthy Alberta Communities project team will be conducting the ANGEL-CD workshop in your community in the spring. 

Day 1: 3 hour session to learn about the approach to identify ideas and priority areas.

Day 2: Full day to put ideas into the ANGEL-CD Action Plan with timelines for implementation.

Come and work with Dr. Kim Raine and her team to identify ways to make a difference in your community.
